Every year millions of people are sold or subjected to forced labor. On October 18^th, we protest peacefully to raise awareness of human trafficking. In doing so, we prove we can stand united in the fight against human trafficking and its effects on families and communities everywhere. Join us either by participating in an existing location or by replicating the event closer to you.

The action is part of an international movement against human trafficking initiated by the Ratiu Center for Democracy, through “Not for sale – Choose for your own sake” program and supported by the Ratiu Family Charitable Foundation.

The movement is a coordinated group action taking place in a public space. It aims at generating change through increasing the community solidarity as a way to fight against human trafficking. It uses new technologies in order to mobilize communities.

Join us and ask your friends to do the same. Take a photo of you with the message “On October 18 take four minutes to start the fight against human trafficking” and post it on your social media accounts or record and post your own message.
